how to order
working Process
01. Artwork
Artwork is the first step in the ordering process. You can either provide your own completed artwork or share your ideas with us, and we’ll design the banner for you. We only proceed with printing once all artwork has been fully approved and signed off. Our goal is to make the process as simple and efficient as possible, saving you both time and money
02. Production
With the artwork approved and signed off, we’re ready to begin production using the latest printers to ensure the highest print quality. Our goal is to complete your order promptly, and during this phase, you will hear from once your banner has been completed for delivery.
03. Delivery
Delivery will be managed by one of our trusted couriers. For customers in Melbourne’s western suburbs, our own driver, Ang, will personally deliver your items. You will receive tracking details to stay updated on your delivery status.
04.Re-Order
ll files are securely stored and will not be deleted, ensuring your next transaction is seamless, fast, and hassle-free.
